#13 – Choose the music?
Last but not least is to choose your music ahead of time.
This seems like a small thing, but it’s amazing what difference music makes to the ambiance in a room. And it’s an easy thing to forget.
Plan ahead and create a playlist or if you are doing a larger event, you may want to hire a DJ or a band. Which you definitely need to do early on in your schedule!
