Keith is in charge or our production team and is also part of the board of directors. He is Xmun’s great grandson which makes him part of the 3rd generation of pastry chefs in the Family. Making decorated cakes is one of the most exciting part of his job as he enjoys being creative and loves turning the clients requests into reality. Keith doesn’t limit his creativity to cakes as some of his hobbies are drawing and wood working.

My job title is Production Manager.
What sort of duties do you have at work?
I’m in charge of our production team together with production scheduling, also some of my duties are baking cakes, baking pastries and make decorated customised cakes.
What’s the most exciting part of your job?
Investing in my team and making decorated cakes is the most exciting part of my work as they give the opportunity to be creative and create something special.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Something I find challenging in my work is time management.

Satisfied clients motivate me the most.

My favourite cake is the Banoffee cake.

My father Ronald is the person who inspires me the most.
Do you like traveling and what’s the best place you’ve travelled to?
Yes, I do like travelling especially long road trips, Argentina and Morocco are still in my top travels I had so far.

My hobbies are gardening and wood working.

I am more of a morning person.

I would like to exercise more often.

My biggest fear is the fear of heights.
