Timpana

Our legendary homemade ‘Timpana’, made the traditional way. We start with perfectly cooked pasta, tossed with rich minced beef, a slow simmered tomato salsa and sautée d’onions take give that fragrant Mediterranean taste. Then, we wrap it all in a golden, flaky pastry and bake it to perfection. The result? A crisp, buttery crust giving way to a soft, saucy and utterly irresistible filling.
